You might want to check out MeetingMaker from On Technology

It runs on Macs, PCs, UNIX, Newtons, your toaster oven,...

However, I'm not sure about the import options. When we
moved from MM to Exchange, I found it easier to just
dump my calendar and redo it. The reason is that the links
between events (recurring meetings) got broken so it was
better for me to just recreate everything (I'm not a
heavy calendar user anyway).
