[WinMac] Videoconferencing

Hello all!

I have had very little experience with videoconferencing on my Mac ( or a
PC ), but my company may have a need for it in the near future. We're
looking to create a setup where engineers that are telecommuting could be
asked to videoconference into an on-site meeting on short notice. We're
a 50-50 Mac/Win shop so the solution would have to either be platform
neutral or it would have to be separate solutions that work well together.

Some of the obvious questions that popup:

- Can it be done? What software? What video hardware?
- What kind of Internet connection would be required from the engineer's
home?
- Is there a limit on how many connections can be made?

Thanks for any help!
