You could get it from either the Micro$oft or Digital sites (probably
both), but this one will work:

This is the AlphaNT website -- an independent site run by some real
enthusiasts. They also manage an Alpha NT listserv that's top-notch in
every respect. Check out their site to get on that as well. The Alphas
have enough quirks (no boot.ini, for example) that the AlphaNT listserv
has been invaluable for me.
