In Emailer V1.x if you click on the enclosure tab on your out going mail
item then you will see a check box which says something like compress
attachment. Just uncheck it.
In Emailer V2.x click on the paper clip below the addresses in the out
going mail item and you will see the same check box.
Leave the encoding alone.
