When you attach the .zip file to your outgoing Emailer message, click on
the "Encoding" button to the right of the attachment window, then choose
either "Base64" or "uuencode" from the drop-down menu. This will cause
Emailer to encode your zip file in format more common to Windows users.
For the record, I've had somewhat better luck with Base64 than with
uuencode.
Alternatively, you could encode your zip file in Binhex format and then
force your Windows compadres to download and use the Windows version of
Stuffit Expander.
