[WinMac] Windows accessing OS X 10.2 Server

Hi all,

Can someone point me to a sure-fire how-to on getting Windows PCs to
see file shares on a Mac OS X 10.2 server? The server in question is
also a DSL router/NAT box for the company in question, if that has
anything to do with anything.

It does not appear to be as straightforward as it should be...
