[WinMac] Win ME bootable "floppy" CD help, again, again.

I am still trying to install Win ME on a Fujitsu-Siemens Celvin EasyPC
and can't seem to find a solution that will work. To recap, the Celvin,
like the Imac, has no built in floppy drive, only a third party USB
floppy that was purchased separately. That means, no booting from the
    floppy drive to get ME
installed. For some reason, the CD for Win ME will not boot from the
system either (nor will Win 98 SE) Win 2000 Pro does however. To
determine what updates I need for the system, I need to use a tool from
Fujitsu-Siemens that will only run on Win ME or Win XP (smart!). I have
Partition/Boot Magic 8, so partitioning and booting between the two
systems should in theory not be a problem, however, the question is how
would I go about installing Win ME on the D: partition from inside Win2k
    Pro?

    Cheers,

    Brian
