Found it. Yes, she is using a USB keyboard, however that isn't the
problem. The key combo turns out to be <Ctrl> <Alt> and <Esc> during the
Boot up. Odd. Thanks to all that replied. I would still like to get in
contact with someone on the list that has a Celvin if possible, I have
some other issues I would like to discuss.
