I am needing to get a scanner to do OCR with Omnipage Pro 8 on a B&W
Mac. The current system setup is: B&W 300Mhz, 1GB, OS 9.2.2, 60GB HD,
ATI 16Mb video (original), Sonnet ultra ATA adapter. I am currently
running an Agfa 1212u scanner, but it does not work well with the
Omnipage software. I was wondering if a scsi or firewire scanner
would work better? I have made a similar system work reasonably well
with a Microtek E-3 scanner on scsi. Any suggestions appreciated.

Cordially,
