You can install multiple system into different partitions and it will give
you options to boot to different systems at startup. One of the system
should be at least an NT class like Windows 2000. Windows 95 or 98 does not
have that screen. If you want to have multi-boot system, you'd better
install from the oldest to the newest system or you're likely to get some
unexpected errors later.

It's controlled by boot.ini. It's not as easy as on Mac. Or, you can buy
System Commander (http://www.systemcommander.com/) to control multiple systems.
