    TCPviewPro from Wininternals.com is a relatively inexpensive one.

    If you want to get into the heavy duty stuff: Etherpeek from
    Wildpackets.com. They have a Win and Mac version that can track traffic on
    the network, not only to and from one machine. Costly though.
