    I haven't used one which shows the contents of the packets but I've used
    TDImon from sysinternals.com which can show Windows programs communicating
    with IPs:ports.

    I know there's a free packet sniffer called Analyzer but I haven't used it.
    http://netgroup-serv.polito.it/analyzer/ It's probably typically used in
    promiscuous mode but I'm sure it has a setting so it only shows packets
    to/from your own computer.
