    I have two complaints about APS's stuff. First, they don't come right out
    and say what mechanism is in external drives (not just the burners but it
    seems more relevant in the burners). Second, the burners seem to be on the
    low end of cache sizes.

    However, their cases are very good and we've had good results from a DDS2
    tape drive and our new 16x FireWire burner.
