    Actually, if you really have archival data that is absolutely critical,
    laser-print it onto acid-free paper and keep it in a water-tight, fire-proof
    box.

    The major disadvantages are that it takes up a lot of space and it may be
    somewhat more archival than you really need.

    a yearly basis. Do multiple burns, keep the copies in multiple
