Tom is right about ARCserve's tech support. The last time I
had a meeting with a sales rep from ARCserve about upgrading their
product to the latest version I asked him the following question.

"So, if we go with ARCserve instead of switching to another
product I won't have a situation where I call tech support for help
because I have a production server down two days in a row without
talking to a tech? I'm asking this because that is exactly what
happened last month. Would you like to see the dates and times of
the calls together with your incident numbers so that you can verify
this? I have them right here."

I am not fond of their product and I know it extremely well.
