[WinMac] Transfering data on ATA drives

    In line with the recent discussion on cross platform Firewire and SCSI drives,
    is it possible to transfer the content of a PC ATA drive to a Mac by
    installing the drive in the Mac on the ATA bus and just copying the files to
    an other drive? I would suspect not but I am not an expert.

    It would be a one-time thing so not critical, I have other ways, but this
    would certainly be the fastest.

    If this is possible, any gotchas to watch out for?
