I recently ran into a server (Q9500/300) which is running AUX for an
operating system. It originally ran fine, but now it is slowing down. I
know that on my Appleshare and NT servers, we have to run defrag programs to
speed up throughput, however, on our Unix boxes, the more fragmented the
better. What is the situation with AUX? Granted, the files are now largger
than when the system was originally installed (high resolution prepress).
