DoubleTalk from Connectix is comparable to DAVE.

I don't have any experience with either one. I'd be a bit concerned about
their stability if you're talking about installing one of them on your mail
& web server.
What's the printer setup? In any case to print the laptops will have to at
least install a printer driver and configure it to point to where ever the
printer is on the network.
DAVE has a demo version but DoubleTalk doesn't seem to have one.
