AFAIK this is normal, though vexing, WinBehaviour. You need to clear the
read-only attribute of the files after copying them to the HD. Either select
them all, right-click, Properties, and clear the attribute, or go to a
command line and do something like
attrib -R C:\FolderPath\*.*
