    You're not wrong, all Win98 CDs are bootable.

    As for not being able to boot from a USB floppy, the two legacy-free
    computers I've played with, Compaq iPaq and HP eVectra, could both boot
    from a USB floppy. I believe the BIOS called them "removables" in the boot
    order list. I've never tried booting from a Zip.

    Does the Celvin BIOS really only list CD-ROM and C:?
