Try going back into your BIOS and resetting everything back to default values.
Alternately, you may have a defective CD disk since you can boot from the
Partition Magic CD.
[NOTE: I'm assuming that the Win98SE CD is bootable like the NT & Win2k CD's;
but I could be wrong.]
