Changhsu has the right idea: Try one NT machine out to see what happens.

However, don't just throw in a windoze 95/98/Me machine and load the Macs down
with DAVE. Instead, start out with a decent Windows NT4/Server or Windows
2000/Server platform so that the Macs can easily talk to it.

The nice thing about running the server version of NT/2000 (as opposed to the
Workstation version) is that the machine it runs on is still a fully
functioning workstation... While the Server services run in the background.

When the vaporware (Mac OS X) is finally released and the first few bug fixes
are released, you'll begin to appreciate what I'm saying.

On another front, you need not worry about what platform your print shop uses:
I *highly* recommend Adobe Acrobat (preferably Acrobat Distiller) to produce
flawless prepress documents. Just take your time with the settings; and if you
have time print to a PostScriptR file before distilling.

            Cheers!
            Dan
