[WinMac] Older Version of Internet Explorer Available?

Due to wonderfulness of it all, I need to use the MapGuide extension on my
browser to check some work done on a PC. The MapGuide extension only works
on MS IE 4.5. Unfortunately, I upgraded to IE 5 months ago, and the MS Web
Site no longer has IE4 or 4.5. Does anyone know where I could get a copy?
