    In a three connector system, there is Sync, usually on on of the colors, I
    think green, but not sure.

    You need a video card that will drive a RGB monitor, I sm not sure WHAT card
    is available for you, unless there is a VGA->RGB converter somewhere.

    I am not sure about multiple monitor support in Windows....I know it can be
    done....
