From a brief overview of the help files on Win2K, they support IPSec,
but only recommend it in 'Server-to-server' mode; to routers, servers,
etc which do not support PPTP or L2TP.

I have to read a lot more on this as I've looked at this briefly and am
quite lost. The parts of Win2K I've found so far referring to VPN seem
to correspond to nothing I'm finding in PGP's client, and vice versa.

It _looks_ like PGP and Windows are talking about different things when
    they mention 'VPN'
