            Depends on how the Win2K server is setup for VPN...

            It the server is set up to use the default VPN protocol used
    by Windows (PPTP - a Microsoft-centric protocol), that's not going to
    work since PGPNet uses the industry standard IPSec protocol. I
    THINK that Win2K can also do IPSec, but I don't know how to set it up.

            Worse comes to worse, you could just drop a copy of PGPNet on
    the Win2K server and then connect "point to point".
