[WinMac] Outlook client with Strnine mail server

    My wife recently added her Win98 PC to a Mac network at her school. This
    works reasonably well for most purposes except local mail. She really
    likes the Outlook 2000 mail client on her PC, but can't get it to work
    with the school's StarNine mail server (version 4, with Mail*Link SMTP
    for Quarterdeck Mail, version 4.1.0; the same machine runs Appleshare IP
    6).

    I know that Outlook 2000 can be configured to act as a client to
    Microsoft Mail servers, and that MS Mail became Quarterdeck Mail, which
    became StarNine Mail. Can StarNine Mail be configured to work with
    Outlook 2000?

    I'm not looking for detailed instructions at this point, but just some
    indication of whether this is do-able. I'd be very grateful for any
    clues, pointers, etc.
