There are no problems with migrating Illustrator and
Photoshop from Mac to Windows - everything will continue to work just
fine...
HOWEVER, I would recommend that if you move your FrameMaker
users to Windows that you keep at least one Mac around running FM for
use when doing actual document production (printing, PDF generation,
etc.)!!! FM/Mac does it's own internal (high quality) Postscript
generation, while FM/Win relies on the standard printer drivers
(which means GDI->PS conversion).
Don't say you haven't been warned...
