Let me second this. I'm using FrameMaker/Mac is a mostly FrameMaker/Windows
environment. I find that having the Mac around allows me to catch font
errors in documents created by my Windows-using co-workers. And the
PostScript generation is always flawless (there are a lot of caveats and
gotchas in creating PostScript from Frame/Windows, especially if you are
    also creating PDF files).

Just make sure that you have the same PostScript fonts on the Mac and
    Windows machines.

Incidentally, Leonard, it is not the Mac version of Frame that does internal
PostScript generation, but the UNIX version. The Mac's LaserWriter 8 driver
is the reason for its reliable output.

FrameMaker/Mac also has some useful UI tweaks that the Windows version
lacks. Personally, I would avoid moving to FrameMaker/Windows, if at all
    possible.
