[WinMac] Setting up printers for Macs & PCs

    Could someone give me a quick guide to setting up a network printer
    for both Macs & PCs on a NT 4 server? And, if possible, job logging
    (so I can check who/what/how many pages printed). Is there any way
    that people can allocate "job codes" when they print?
