They do. I've been running Live Update with NAV 2000 every two weeks for
the last three months or so, and every time it ran it found new virus
definitions to download. But I don't have a clue why yours wouldn't work -
is your network configuration correct? I had to jump through some hoops to
get Live Update to work with a proxy server.
