[WinMac] Best Netscape Version for older Macs

Which Netscape Communicator version would be best for Mac 16 MB 5400's
still running System 7.5? The latest 4.7 version requires system
7.6.1. I don't really want to invest in upgrading all my school's
5400's with a newer system. I'm reading that the major enhancements are
to make Internet shopping more secure. In a school setting I'm not
really concerned with shopping security, just a reliable browser for
kids.
