[WinMac] RE: Outlook 8.2.1 Hanging on a B&W G3 Mac...

I run basically the same configuration. B&W G3, OS 9, Outlook 8.2.1. I've
always had trouble using the Netware clients (either from Novell or Prosoft)
with the MS apps regardless of Mac OS version. It would hang when selecting
menus in Outlook and all Office apps. I never could pinpoint the problem. I
don't know if our problems are related. The only solution I found was to
remove the all the Netware extensions. As an alternative I use Timbuktu to
control a Windows machine when I require access to the Novell server. It
works flawlessly and I get the added benefit of running our Windows only
enterprise systems and MS Access from my Mac desktop. It even works, albeit
slowly, when I'm on the road and can dial in on a RAS connection.
