[WinMac] Help! IBM Aptiva 2168 problem reading burned PC CDs.

I received a burned CD from a friend with some important files on them (I
have only a CD and floppy drive) and the only message that I get is: the CD
drive isn't ready and that the CD can not be accessed. Any ideas?
