        Yes, Service Packs need to reapplied, because UNLIKE APPLE, MS
acknowledges that their software sometimes has problems... That's why they
tell you explicitly tell you to reapply a service pack... And if you
already have the file on your hard drive, it only takes about 2-3 minutes,
including running RDISK /s before and a reboot after.

        But more importantly, NT Service Packs need to be applied because of
brain-dead drivers supplied by IHV's... Gee, Diamond & Matrox come to mind...

        BTW, Grover Washington Jr. just passed away...
