[WinMac] How do I set up netscape/IE for mp3??

Hello, I've tried to follow the instructions on www.mp3.com to the letter,
but even though I can't see any entries already there, Netscape is
complaining that I already have something set up to play downloaded and
streaming mp3's. I really want quicktime to play them for me on my Mac.
Does someone have a cheat sheet handy telling me how to do this?
