        Interesting - This is the first time I've heard of this bug. However, I've
deployed SP6 on NT/Server without trouble; and SP6 fixes the problem. As
for NT4/TSE, offhand I don't know what the Service Pack level is.

        This seems closely related to too much data to fit on an ERD floppy: A
friend of mine (M.L.) ran into this problem several weeks ago with a sound
card installer shovelling everything into the Registry.

        Suggestion: RegClean. Yes, it was withdrawn by Micros~1, so when I use it
I right-click on the Undo .reg file and select Edit; and manually look at
the contents. If it looks a bit too scary, then I can always undo the
changes...

        Another issue with TSE is that you need to increase the Registry quota
because it will grow to many tens of megabytes due to all of the programs
and SID's...
