There is a product called HyCD which can create an HFS or Hybrid HFS/ISO
disk on a PC. It is not nearly as capable as Toast, and you will not be
able to use file names which are illegal in windows, such as those
containing /'s or \'s, or illegal on Mac such as those containing :'s. That
is good though. If you are working in a cross platform environment, the
first thing you need is a naming convention that works for all platforms.
