        Well, since you're 100% PPC Mac you can consider AFP/IP, which W2k Server
supports.

        Overall, Mac support has been an afterthought with Novell... To the point
that they farmed out their Mac IPX product to Prosoft for NetWare 3.x & 4.x
users.

        Personally, I like NT for its' NTFS - Native Transactional File System.
IMHO, that feature alone is worth the price of admission.

        BUT, with a 220 workstation LAN I would start to look at one of the *nix
flavors with AFP/IP and SAMBA support. You're sorta on the cusp between NT
and unix...
