Jay,

I a similar experience with SoftWindows... only I had, like I thought
I was supposed to do, sent in my registration card when I installed
on my Mac.... and when I called Insignia some months later with a
TCP problem, I was told that my warranty had expired about a month
before my call...

...in other words, apparently, by sending in the registration card I
started a clock that eventually prevented me from getting help...
they told me, like they told you, I could buy another unit and then
pleased to help me...

...instead of purchasing another "unit", I purchased Virtual PC, and
it works great!
