[WinMac] Error in loading DLL for Excel on Mac?

I have 2 machines running MacOS 8.5.1 and Excel 98 for Mac. The PB 3400 is
fine, the PM 9500 displays an alert with the heading 'Microsoft Visual
Basic' and the text "Error in loading DLL" when I load a spreadsheet with
macros. Both machines seem to have the identical files in the Microsoft
folders including the system folders. Help!?
