[WinMac] Just Getting Started, please help

My name is Doug and I was hired by Concordia College to network I-macs
and mac 6200's into an NT system.

We are at the very basics of which software we can host on our NT
servers and run on our Mac's.

In addition, what would be a good hardware configuration for a Mac
server if the NT hosting is to much trouble.

I would like to avoid the trial and error method of setting this up, so
any info would be greatly appreciated.
