Take a look at NetSwitcher http://www.netswitcher.com/
is does not handle everything that location Manager does
on the Mac, but it handles switching all the network
related functions very nicely. I have been using it
for several years it is updated regularly and the
author is responsive to feature requests. The program
is shareware, but the fee is only $8.00, it is a great
buy.
