[WinMac] Outlook Exchange

The Outlook for Exchange Mac client (new version just released) should
support calendars - provided you do a full install. However, the calendar
data appears to be stored locally on the Mac, meaning you can't log into
Outlook from a PC and expect to see your calendar data.

Maybe next time.

Oh, and certain forms aren't supported either, which I suspect is a visual
basic issue.
