We spent part of the winter testing the Exchange server with both mac & NT clients and found that it just plain sucked (lack of x-platform calendar integration was just one of the reasons). Inquiring to Microsoft about this yielded the response, "You're correct, macs can't share calendars. Sorry, we no plans for a mac Outlook upgrade." It appears that calendar data still isn't shareable so maybe that's what they meant.

We've been soaking in Domino/Notes R5 for about 3 weeks now on a small test network. Even though the mac Notes client still isn't gm yet, it's pretty darn awesome. I'm glad I turned that Exchange demo CD into a beer coaster. I may not get out much, but so far Domino has been just about the coolest software I've ever seen.

PS - I *don't* have a hate-on against microsoft. But IMHO, their exchange server/outlook client really misses the mark when it comes to x-platform support and integration.
