[WinMac] Apple LW360 fax - WIN driver?

I have a LW360 with fax unit installed, but I can only find a Mac driver for
it--it's the 360 driver with the fax options available.

I've scanned Apple's software archive, but can't find a Windows version of
the driver for '95 or 'NT.

Where can I find its WIN driver or a compatible driver for it?
