Once again, there's no easy way to migrate among MS products,
cross-platform.

The good news is you don't need to have access to a dedicated IMAP mail
server.

Check out http://www.mailandnews.com which provides a free, web-based IMAP4
mail account, accessible from a number of e-mail clients, as well. Although
they have a 4MB or so storage limit, you can upload a fair number of
messages to this server, then download them to Outlook 98. I did this a few
months ago (PC to Mac, in my case), and I also took the opportunity to
become less of a packrat, and culled or archived a *lot* of old messages
before sending them up to the server. It also helps to have a cable modem
<g>.

Good luck!
