The email administrator here said she could only limit the amount of
disk space that an account uses but that there was no way to limit
individual messages. This is a Netscape mail server version 3.6. Maybe
she's not aware how to or it could be that is just not an option that
the Netscape mail server has. If you know how to do it on this version
of mail server please let me know and I'll pass that information onto her.

I run a small mailserver made by Software.Com and it doesn't have any
such per message limit either. It sounds like a reasonable and smart
feature though. So much so that you wonder why every mail server
wouldn't have it.
