[WinMac] Is there a kind soul with a Mac out there?

I have two separate problems that I would like to solve, both of which
are driving me crazy.

1) Is there an easy way to convert three or four newspaper articles, that
I want to post on my web site, on a single web page with links to each
article and back to top links? The alternatives as I see it are a Word or
ClarisWorks template (I have both), or an AppleScript for those two
products or Claris Homepage or MS FrontPage for the Mac (which I also
have).

2) Can anyone send me the latest Outlook for the Mac client installer in
2 MB segments? I have been trying for a couple of months with no success.
This is largely due to the lame Internet connections in Turkey, where I
am stationed at this time.
