David,

I think everyone who's responded to this has given correct information.
I'll add to that my experiences in hopes of giving a completely rounded
(and maybe useless) answer:

€ Using software that will allow Windows to read the CD is easy. Some
programs even claim to be able to share these CDs (contact me if you need
a name). But I've not seen any that can share the Macintosh files in a
format that a Macintosh can use.

€ CD towers are a good solution as well. However, many CD tower
companies don't support Macintosh CDs or don't support AppleShare. Some
believe that using HTML to access the files and copy them locally is an
acceptable solution for Macintosh users. Be careful.

€ Creating a disk image of a CD may be helpful. I recently found that
some CDs I used would not work with Apple's disk image program. Later,
when trying to duplicate a CD using a CD writer, I found that some CD
drives won't read CDs in a format that would allow the writer to write.
I believe this problem is the same and that if you have a problem, you
may be able to overcome the problem by creating the original disk image
from a different machine. I think this may be your best option.

If you have any further questions about this, please ask.

Carl
